A tribute to wine is perhaps the most important content of the complex, given that the Crmnica region is practically the birthplace of wine in Montenegro. Exceptional attention must be paid to this segment both functionally and conceptually. No one is allowed to leave the fortress without somehow feeling the story of wine or tasting it, participating in one of the educational workshops that can be organized seasonally.

Also, from that position, visits to the specially curated wine road for the area around Virpazar (Godinje, Limljani…) can be organized, so it is very important to separate the tasting room from the restaurant part and create special content with:

• wine archive and representative wine offer from the region;
• a smaller display of a gallery character in the surroundings of the tower and inside – for example, planted samples of autochthonous vines (foxica, kadarka, žižak), with a story about them and potentially special samples of wines from those varieties that can only be tasted BUT not bought;

The name for the content segment is etymologically well connected to “well-fortified” and “preserved” wines, which is directly induced by the name of the complete complex itself.

Wine is the most important heritage of Crmnica and deserves this tribute, while the building itself undergoes every kind of transformation – from special dedicated events to workshops.
