Jedna priča sa početka XX vijeka sadrži jednog kralja, jedno pismo, jedan Izbor za Mis svijeta i jednu ljepoticu. Pogodite odakle je bila? 

Početkom 1907.god knez Nikola dobija pismo iz Londona u kome se traži da za takmičenje najlepših žena svijeta pošalju i crnogorske predstavnice. Jedna od izabranih je bila i Milena Delibašić Leković iz sela Godinje, nedaleko od Virpazara.

Njen otac se na početku oštro protivio slanju svoje ćerke u “bijeli svjet“, ali na kraju zbog kneževog insistiranja morao je da popusti.

Na samom takmičenju Milena je bila vrlo zapažena. Dobila je mnogobrojne ponude za ostanak i dalji angažman. Čak joj je nuđen i brak od strane jednog bogataša. Ipak, ona se vratila u svoju zemlju i udala za momka iz svog sela. Kada je knez Nikola pitao zašto se nije udala u Londonu, rekla je da je knez tamo nije poslao da se uda, već da pokaže crnogorsku ljepotu.

Zahvaljujući Mileni i njenom izgledu u jednom trenutku cio svijet je znao za Godinje i ljepotu koja u njemu stasava.

One story from the beginning of the 20th century contains: one king, one letter, one election for Miss World and one beauty.  Guess where she was from?

At the beginning of 1907, Prince Nikola received a letter from London requesting that Montenegrin representatives be sent for the competition of the most beautiful women in the world.  One of the elected was Milena Delibašić Leković from the village of Godinje, not far from Virpazar.

At the beginning, her father strongly opposed sending his daughter to the “white world”, but in the end, due to the prince’s insistence, he had to relent. At the competition itself, Milena was very noticed.  She received numerous offers to stay and further engagement. She was even offered marriage by a rich man.  However, she returned to her country and married a boy from her village.  When Prince Nikola asked why she did not get married in London, she said that the prince did not send her there to get married, but to show Montenegrin beauty.

Thanks to Milena and her appearance, at one point the whole world knew about Godinje and the beauty that matures in him.
